Device Condition

All devices are genuine Apple devices. Each unit has been professionally tested, inspected, and prepared for resale. Devices may show minor cosmetic signs of previous ownership depending on the selected condition (Premium, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair). Cosmetic grading relates to appearance only and does not affect the functional performance of the device.

Warranty Coverage

All devices include a 6-month seller warranty covering hardware defects that are not caused by physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, or unauthorised modifications. This seller warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for backing up your data before sending your device for return or repair. We are not liable for any data loss during inspection, repair, testing, or software restoration.

Pricing & Availability

Prices may change without notice. Orders may be cancelled if stock becomes unavailable or if pricing errors occur; refunds will be issued immediately.

Fraud Prevention
We may request additional verification information for high-value orders or suspected fraudulent activity.
