Refund and Warranty Policy
We offer a 30-day change of mind return policy. If you change your mind within 30 days of receiving the device, you may return it for a full refund.

All devices come with a 12-month hardware warranty covering functional defects not caused by physical or liquid damage.

If an issue occurs during the warranty period, our technician will assess the device. If the fault is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the device. If the device has signs of drop, impact, liquid exposure, or third-party tampering, warranty may not apply.
