These Terms of Service apply to your use of our website and to all purchases made from 2CheapPhones / WorldTech Pty Ltd. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Our business specialises in selling genuine pre-owned iPhones. All devices are tested by our technicians before sale to ensure that key functions work properly. We do not sell through third-party sellers and we do not operate as a marketplace.

All products listed on our website are authentic. Some devices may have received a battery replacement or minor internal repairs to ensure proper functionality. Pre-owned devices may have light cosmetic wear and cannot be guaranteed to be waterproof. Product photos are for reference only and small cosmetic differences may exist between the image and the device delivered.

An order is considered confirmed once payment is received and we send an order confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order if an item becomes unavailable, is listed with an incorrect price, or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

All prices are listed in Australian dollars. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order before shipping.

Shipping timeframes, delivery methods and dispatch information are available on our Shipping Policy page. A tracking number is provided for all shipped orders. Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.

Information about warranty coverage, 30-day change-of-mind returns, repair procedures and exclusions can be found in our Refund & Warranty Policy. All devices returned for assessment must have all passcodes, Apple IDs and Google accounts removed.

Warranty does not apply to physical damage, liquid damage, cracked screens, damage caused by drops, damage caused by third-party repairs, or normal battery wear expected over time. These warranty limitations do not reduce or replace your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

We are not responsible for indirect loss, including loss of data, courier delays or loss of income. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the original purchase price of the product unless required otherwise under Australian law.
