Refund policy
30-Day Change of Mind
You may return your device within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is returned in the same condition as received, with all original accessories included. The device must show no signs of use, damage, activation lock, Apple ID, iCloud account, passcode, or tampering. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to the sender.
Faulty or Defective Devices
All devices are covered under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If your device has a fault not caused by physical or liquid damage, we will repair, replace, or refund it depending on the assessment outcome.
Physical or Liquid Damage
Damage caused by drops, impact, bending, or any liquid exposure is not covered.
If a returned device shows physical or liquid damage, it will not be eligible for a free warranty repair.

Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the device.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
